I am a little late in posting this morning. I’m participating in a professional
development session for school superintendents, which is something I have
postponed for quite a while. I met many
of the participants last night (an impressive group), and I’m looking forward
to the training and roundtable activities today.
I have to admit it. I’m a big believer in “school espionage.” As a teacher and principal, I believed in
stealing the best ideas from my colleagues and putting them to use in my
classroom or school. The same applies to
me as a superintendent: My goal is to
steal the best ideas and bring them back to Oconee.
I’m glad this form of espionage is not illegal.
