"Apple once bragged that its products were made in America. But it has since shifted its immense manufacturing work overseas, posing questions about what corporate America owes Americans."I am about finished with the biography of Steve Jobs, so I was interested in this article in this weekend's NY Times. I encourage you to read this article which details how Apple outsourced its manufacturing of the iPhone and iPad to China. The article details some of the challenges we'll face in the future, and we will need to do more to educate our students for the future.
